JobTitle: SailPoint Technical Lead / Engineer

Location: Holmdel, NJ or Bethlehem, PA (ability to work remotely 1-2 days per week)

Duration: 6 months plus.

seeking a Technical Lead / Engineer resource with extensive SailPointexperience. The resource will be responsible for delivering technicalimplementations for SailPoint technology.

Responsibilities:

• Resource management - manage team of 4-5 SailPoint developers

• Takes requirements from the SailPoint Business/Engineering team and managesthis work in his/her development team

• Supports SailPoint Business/Engineering teams with implementing changes,security fixes, infrastructure upgrades, etc.

• Expert resource for all SailPoint issues, primarily business centric, but alsoversed on the infrastructure/engineering side. Direction or guidance fromSailPoint infrastructure point of view.

• Planning and managing of several simultaneous IT information security andinfrastructure projects.

• Responsible for full project life cycle management (from inception to closure)

• Manages and maintains project plan, project scope

• Responsible for managing project related risks, issues, procurement, resourceassignments, deployments, methodology deliverable's, communications, andoverall quality of project activities, as well as customer satisfaction.

• Responsible for SailPoint implementations, IIQ development, code reviews, etc.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in implementing multiple projects successfully onSailPoint IIQ; Designed and led IdentityIQ implementations

• Must have 6+ years of IAM experience

• Must have 3+ years of SailPoint implementation experience

• Must have 2+ years of project management experience

• SailPoint Certification is preferred

• Must have resource management experience

• Strong, analytical thinking skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including an ability to work effectively as ateam leader

• Ability to balance risks and reprioritize as needed

• Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) experience

• Experience deploying SailPoint network access management solution

• Experience managing the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Experience troubleshooting system software, particularly to investigateproblems related to the SailPoint IIQ solution
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for SailPoint implementations, IIQdevelopment, code reviews, etc.
