We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

You need to be passionate about leveraging blockchain and software technology solutions to help solve the problems of manufacturers Large, Medium and Small from CTOs, CIOs and C-Suite executives to CPOs and the Shop Floor assembly line.

SaaS/ERP ENTERPRISE BLOCKCHAIN IT SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for an enterprise sales professional ideally with blockchain and/or mechanical engineering ORIE and or knowledge of the precision hardware manufacturing supply chain, namely machining processes, and deep interest in sourcing, quality assurance, and working to court industry buyer, sourcing, purchase and product program managers and their IT Departments. Ideal candidate has a track record of building relationships and a deep interest to learn how to work with Customer Relationship Management Software to score customer prospecting. Position is based in California but open to remote. Role will involve working with prospective customers building portfolio of revenues and coaching them through our service product while making recommendations and working with Head of Sales to learn the process and suggest service improvements.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CUSTOMER REVENUE STRATEGY and EXECUTION

  • Communicate with Large OEM IT Departments, CTOs, CIOs, IT Managers about their Supply Chain Digital Transformation Strategies and how SyncFab's IT Solution can help them achieve their objectives

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience reading datasheets, drawings, and blueprints
  • Strong influencing and customer service skills who are comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • Collaborating with multiple teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for increased competitive bidding, smarter supplier relationships and more efficient processes. Collaborate with commodity teams to speed up innovation
  • Proven track record of taking ownership, successfully negotiating preferred pricing and driving results
  • Must be a person of passion and integrity who has the drive to excel and deliver exceptional results including conducting all activities with the highest of integrity
  • Track record of issuing Vendor Pricing Agreements and Long Term Agreements (LTAs)
  • Ability to read engineering drawing or blueprints
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Effective written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and prioritize appropriately to meet customer and company needs
  • Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to respond quickly to a fast-moving and ever-changing environment
