Job Description

An employer in Tampa, Florida is looking for a remote Senior Node,js or .Net developer to help on a contract for an overload of work. They will be responsible for integration development for rest APIs. Most of the development is is NodeJS, building and integrating rest APIs and microservices. They will be working in event based systems where you can track data at different levels. They also will be responsible for ETL extractions using Azure Data Factory extracting data from a source pipeline and delivering it to a destination.

Minimum Requirements

-5+ years experience as a NodeJS or .Net Developer

-Very strong integration experience with rest APIs with consuming data and working with gateways such as MuleSoft, Apigee, Layer 7, Kong or others. This company uses Apigee.

-Experience orchestrating Microservices to create business APIs and REST API design and creation

-ETL experience to extract data from source pipeline and delivery it to a destination, the company uses Azure Data Factory for this but any experience with extracting data will work regardless of the tool used

- Must have experience with event based systems, not queuing systems. This company uses Kafka for their system but experience with any other event based system will work such as EventHub.

- Strong knowledge and experience building and using microservices.

- Experience working in and Agile environment

- Experience working within and Azure environment
