We are currently looking for a motivated Report Analyst/Developer. In this exciting role, the candidate will be a member of the Reporting and Downstream Data Operational Reporting team.
Responsibilities: Actively participate as a member of the Agile team Review and accept each report specification for development Lead and drive the creation and execution of technical report solutions using Business Objects Analyze, profile, and map fields to deliver reports in accordance with best practices and design standards Perform research, resolve issues, and support the delivery of reports to business customers Communicate and facilitate clearly with team members and business owners Champion ideas and sell them to others Work independently in a team environment to complete needed assignments Take ownership of issues through resolution including close coordination between various teams Prepare statuses, update automated tracking tools and reports as needed Qualifications Requires a Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field 4+ years' experience with SAP Business Objects SQL for data profiling, and strong knowledge for navigating databases to support reporting Agile experience (SAFe methodology preferred) Some banking knowledge preferred Requires extensive unit testing experience Requires strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and employees Highly motivated individual who will take ownership of assigned deliverables Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Working knowledge of databases and data structures, experience with operational data stores and/or enterprise data warehouses preferred Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO) tools Ability to gather and determine business requirements from users and translate to report specifications A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications. #ZR
