Genesis10 is currently seeking a Remote Mainframe developer for a contract position lasting through 12/31/2021, working with a major insurance client in the Milwaukee, WI area.
Description:
The PL/I Developer will develop code in PL/I, DB2, JCL, MQ, and complete integration work. You will build CICS services online and integrate them. You will also conduct source code management. We are looking for resources to balance the increase in demand in the Core data services spaces. These resources when added will supplement the existing staff to deliver on some of the 2021 business commitments.
Responsibilities:
Application development in PL/I, DB2, JCL ,MQ integration
Building online CICS services and integrating them with distributed applications.
Work within Agile framework (Scrum, Kanban)
REST / SOAP services and clients.
Change Man for source code management.
Qualifications:
More than 8 years of application development experience in PL/I, DB2, JCL ,MQ integration
More than 2 years of experience building online CICS services and integrating them with
