We are looking for experienced (min. 3 years + of experience), independent Java Developers – MED/SENIOR
What you will be doing?
working on FinTech projects for the biggest banks in the world
working with the latest payment solutions (PSD2, SWIFT, SEPA, SEPA Instant)
developing program logic for new applications or analyzing and modifying logic
coding, testing, debugging and documenting software applications
ensuring that system improvements are successfully implemented
writing technical specifications and other forms of documentation
coaching and providing guidance to other team members
analyzing requirements and translating business requirements into designs (Seniors)
may provide leadership and/or guidance to other technical professionals (Seniors)
Expected skills
higher education in the field of computer science / a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
min. 3 years of experience + MUST HAVE
very good/excellent knowledge of Java (JDK 1.8/1.7), JEE, Maven, Hibernate, EJB 3.1, MQ, SQL, REST, XML, XSD, JSON,
experience with continuous integration – Jenkins, unit tests, integration tests, selenium-based tests
very good knowledge of Application Servers (WebSphere, WebLogic or JBoss)
very good knowledge of Oracle database
knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes environment
knowledge of Linux environment
excellent problem-solving, team-working and time management skills (for Senior position)
very good command of English
Nice to haves
payment expertise e.g. SEPA, SWIFT MT will be an asset
knowledge of Kafka is an advantage
