Full-Stack Developer
This role is with a Syrinx Educational Technology Partner based in Boston, MA
Fully Remote
12+ Month Contract with Possible Conversion, if desired
You’ll have the opportunity to wear multiple hats and play a key role in product development with a growing start-up within a global company and innovation leader in the ed tech industry.
We are looking for a full stack developer with solid experience in back end development, preferably Java development who also has some experience working on the front end. Looking for a mid-level contributor, full time or contract to hire.
Our stack is Java, Java Spring, Reactor, MySQL, Elastic Search, Flink, Redis, GraphQL, CSS3, HTML5, ES6+, Webpack, React, and Redux. We are completely cloud based using AWS and deploy our code within a multi-tenant, microservice-based architecture.
- 2-7 years software development experience
- Java: Java 8 preferred
- AWS: AWS services, Terraform preferred
- Experience with CI/CD build tools, and DevOps processes
- Spring: Spring Boot, Spring Data
- React, Redux, ES6
- API development: The ability to define and build a REST or RPC style API in order to communicate with other parts of platform.
- Experience with API Development and consumption and microservices architecture
