This is a position for someone who loves to code, enjoys working with customers, and uses their expertise to understand and solve customer business problems. Each customer may use our products differently and your role would be to understand and map their requirements and guide them technically through product configuration, extensions, and deployments as required. In a nutshell, you will be a technical person that helps customers but also understands the engineering side.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Architecting optimal solutions for customers
Integrating with the customer’s environment and infrastructure
Working with our product team to facilitate any extensions required within the product solutions to solve customer use cases
Documenting customer architecture solution and designs
Integrating with 3rd party components and the systems in the same space as identity and authorization systems, API gateways, etc.
Gathering requirements from our clients and technology partners
Assist with any customer-related queries post deployments and escalated incidents
Required Qualifications / Skills
Deploying and Configuring AWS and/or Azure solutions
Distributed technologies like Hazelcast , CockroachDB, Kafka
Hashicorp products: Terraform, Vault, Consul, Vagrant
Container platforms: ECS, Kubernetes, AKS
Desired Qualifications
Great communication and customer handling skills
Customer requirement gathering and analysis skills
Solution design and implementation skills
Minimum 5-6 years of software development experience
Experience with container orchestration platforms
Good understanding of the microservices-based system architecture
Experience with integrating and testing REST APIs
Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL datastores
Basic Linux and scripting skills
Familiarity with essential identity and access management concepts like SSO, federated identity, multi-factor authentication, authorization, OIDC, etc.
Knowledge of one or more languages like Go, Python, Ruby, Bash, JavaScript, and readiness of utilizing it if necessary
Experience with structured, highly available, large scale, microservices solutions
Experience with CI/CD based development models and tools
