React Native Node Developer (Remote)

What we are doing

We are building a US based group of experienced React Native Developers who enjoy working on a team and love working in and around social media platforms. We have a long-term C2C contract for a senior full stack developer with a strong background with integrating MixPanel into applications.

What you will get to do
You get to take an existing social media platform and add value by integrating Mixpanel deeper into a social media platform on web and React Native for IOS and Android.

What is expected of you
You will be a subject matter expert on www.mixpanel.com integration.
You will need to write lean code with React Native Hooks inside functional components.
You will need to work with a team and be adaptable to a fast paced work environment.
You have to be a US based developer but can work remotely anywhere in the US as long as you can do scrum meetings in Central Time Zone work hours.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional clean code while adhering to team standards
• Efficiently roll out technical features from concept to product
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Optimize components for maximum performance
• Conduct and participate in code reviews
• Ensure quality through design, processes, and tools in a CI/CD environment

Desired Profile

• Expert in building applications with Mixpanel integrations.
• You have 5+ years of front-end development with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• You have a strong understanding of modern JavaScript
• You have 1+ years of professional experience with React Native
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with tools such as Branch, Braze, Mixpanel, and 2Hat etc
• Familiarity with code versioning and team communication tools such as Git, Jira, and Slack*

Skills Required

• 1000 hours of MixPanel
• Experience in both React and Native
• Clean code sample on GitHub
• Experience in Node.js
• Experience with MongoDB
• The ability to find solutions to problems*

This offer is for people who have an excellent work ethic and can provide quality output. We are needing to build our US based team to achieve a fast paced release schedule. Contract starts Monday, 12/2.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $55.00 to $60.00 /hour
