React Developer - React.JS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node.JS

React Developer required by a World leading marketing & technology company based in their technical hub in Crawley, West Sussex. The React Developer will have strong front end development skills and experience in React.JS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node.JS and a variety of other relevant tools and technologies.
A few details about the role
Not only will the Senior React Developer work on interesting projects with well known clients, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Development and unit testing of web applications, software applications and web sites including maintenance & support of the same
- Provide assistance to Project Managers and Technical Leads in the planning of projects (e.g. provision of estimates, risk analysis, requirements analysis, technical options)
- Software Design
- Involvement in full life cycle of projects (including pre-sales, analysis and system design, development and support if required)
- Work with team managers across areas of design, development, quality assurance and operations
- Commit your knowledge and experience into team success
- Be prepared to travel (when needed and if allowed) to work with client services and digital production teams at other offices or client sites
- Attend client meetings if required to discuss and demonstrate solutions at both technical and business level
What you will need
- Advanced experience of working with different Front-libraries, frameworks, specifically React.js
- Strong Experience in HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript and AJAX
- Enjoy writing mobile first CSS using Pre-Processors such as SASS
- Experience with Bootstrap and other grid system frameworks
- Able to convert a PSD, Sketch or wireframe into responsive HTML
- Node.js
- Understanding REST-based API design and development
- Practical experience of TDD
- Using OOP and patterns
- Used to working directly with UX, Creative and Back End colleagues in an iterative fashion
- Used to working under direction of a Product Manager
Nice to have skills / non-essential
- Ember.js experience
- Experience with Acoustic CMS / Ready to learn
- UX/UI design experience
- Experience with using Figma
