Python developer (Outside IR35) (Remote)

101 ways is a digital consultancy that helps great clients do great things, solve challenging problems and build great digital products.

As 101 grows we are currently looking for a Senior or lead Python Engineer to join our existing engineering team to shape architecture & engineering processes and build well tested solutions creating new features & product enhancement.

• A proven track record working on complex engineering environments. Ideally, you'll have experience building software that is used across multiple teams.
• Experience of working with, and shaping, distributed systems on a public cloud platform.
• Worked within a DevOps organisation. Our developers are responsible for the operational health of the services they develop.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, whether to the engineering team, to business stakeholders or to our leadership team.

• Agile - XP, TDD, pair programming, CI/CD etc

We're ramping up on a number of engagements and need senior engineers to bring new ideas to the table and steer projects, the projects are all product-focused, and a mix of both greenfield ramp-ups and joining existing 101 engagements, where we already have teams of engineers doing great work. Most importantly we value collaboration, commitment to quality, and a genuine belief in agility.
