Python Developer - Cardiff
Rate: £450-£550 per day
Location: Cardiff
Length: 6 months + extensions
Pearson Frank are currently working with one of the UKs top consultancies who specialise in public sector projects. They are currently looking for a Python Developer to join on a contract-basis to assist in a large cloud migration project.
You will be working as part of the development team there and will be fully hands on in the development. You will be working with Python alongside C# or C++ and working on AWS/GCP platform for the migration making this a challenging, exciting project.
Skills Needed:
Python expertise, with experience of C, C++, F#, x86 assembly language
Software testing, unit and integration testing, CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Drone, Gitlab
Working in Agile teams, with product owners and testers using Scrum and Kanban.
Cloud development. Writing and deploying cloud-native applications
Cloud systems e.g. Docker, virtualisation.
Desirable AWS & Google cloud experience & Kubernetes
