Job Description
We are looking for a Product & UX Designer to join our team in Ann Arbor, Michigan. In this role, you will collaborate with project managers, graphic designers, developers, and external stakeholders to create fun and engaging digital websites, apps, and games.

Your day-to-day will include translating business requirements into functional designs, defining design architecture, creating visual styling, and ultimately creating a set of digital products to drive an industry forward. You'll collaborate with developers to ensure implementation feasibility while setting the stage for graphical designer deliverables.

As a Product & UX Designer, you will work to gain a thorough understanding of our industry and become a subject matter expert in the lottery industry and eventually related gaming verticals such as casino and sports. You'll participate in periodic user research and analytics reviews to ensure that designs are meeting business goals.

You'll utilize Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud and other tools to complete your work. We work in an agile framework, delivering new software to the market every two-weeks.

Note: we will consider part-time, contract, and remote work candidates for this position as well.

Required Skills
The successful candidate should possess:

• 2+ years UX/UI design experience in a professional capacity (or commensurate experience)
• Relevant degree applicable to UX principles (e.g., human computer interaction, etc.)
• Ability to learn rapidly and thrive in a late-stage startup company
• Excellent resourcefulness and problem solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid work ethic and team-oriented approach to work
• A passion for games and digital experiences is a plus
