Product Support Engineer (Remote)

• Hands-on experience on Linux / UNIX, Scripting, Oracle DB, SQL, PL/SQL, Postgres SQL, Neo4j, Hadoop, HDFS, etc.
• Should have prior Product / Production support experience.
• Should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Should possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Should have scripting knowledge like Java Scripts.
• Knowledge or understanding of Core Java, Angular JS, JAVA connector, JAF & Java Mail, and J2EE technologies.
• Knowledge of Active MQ, RabitMQ, HTTPD, WildFly Python, Ansible, Selenium, Elastic, Logstash, Kibana.
• SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role.
• Customer interaction to understand and resolve product issues.
• Triage a product problem.
• Contribute and learn from Product KEDB.
• Contribute to the support process and product automation.
• Open to work in rotating shifts and on weekends.

The Role:

• The role requires passion to solve problems and has an intuitive ability to get the root of a problem and should be a customer advocate.
• Triage, articulate, and document the problem statements.
• Collaborate with L2/L3 support to resolve the issues.
• Must be a team player and keen to share the knowledge.
• Along with conventional customer experience, the role requires a contribution to support process and product automation and knowledgebase building.
• Flexible to work in a 24x7 work environment in rotating shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour

Experience:

• Scripting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Product/Production Support: 10 years (Preferred)
• Oracle DB: 1 year (Preferred)
• Linux/UNIX: 5 years (Preferred)
• SQL: 1 year (Preferred)
