Principal UX Designer - 12 month contract Outside IR35 £500 per day - Fully Remote
A fantastic opportunity to join a global leading pharmaceutical company, working within the growing diagnostics, solution team and operating fully remote.
The Principal UX Designer will be leading the User Experience and User Interface Design to reimagine the software and web services for laboratories and hospitals with the goal of getting diagnoses to doctors and patients with full speed and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Work with leading business, medical and development teams to build world-class software applications and solutions
- Lead the phases of the product design from ideation to prototyping to testing and development handoff
- Provide User Interface Design output that meets the user intent and technical requirements
- Create content to support thought leadership initiatives
- Provide full guidance and mentorship to junior designers supporting them on professional development, output and productivity
Key Experience:
- Excellent knowledge of Figma, components libraries and prototyping
- Excellent ability in user centered design process, interaction design, visual design
- Excellent experience for how the user interface should scale across different applications, platforms, resolutions, context
- Excellent expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WebComponents) and frameworks (Angular, React, Vue)
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate know-how experiences, ideas, solutions and deliverables effectively and persuasively
- Profound experience to bring market software applications and online services
- Fluency in English
