Position Overview

Blue Skies LLC is expanding our Enterprise Data Management Team and looking for a Principal Consultant to provide exceptional technical and project management support to our Clients. The Enterprise Data Management team delivers master data management and data analytics to clients within the life sciences sector. Project activities include understanding the business in order to complete requirements analysis and definition, designing the solution, prototyping and testing, deploying the solution, and providing continual support. The Principal Consultant works under the direction of the engagement Project Manager but may also be required to lead small to medium engagements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics
• 3+ years of professional experience with Master Data Management (MDM) software implementation (Informatica, Reltio, SAP MDG, Talend, Teradata, etc.)
• MS Excel and SQL proficiency to support data analysis and reporting activities
• MS PowerPoint content development and creativity skills
• Ability to collect & interpret large data sets to identify patterns & trends and write comprehensive reports
• Ability to analyze data and report the results back to the relevant members of the business
• Ability to translate business requirements into data requirements
• Strong understanding of Implementation Methodology Lifecycle
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
