You will be responsible for providing service delivery, troubleshooting, and support of moderately complex engagements for various clients. This position is part of a cross-functional team, which works with Professional Services, Product Support, and Engineering within the Platform Services organization on firm-wide initiatives. In addition, responsible for deploying software and hardware advancements on strategic customers, as well as working on a variety of moderately complex Linux, SQL, Networking and Coding challenges.

- Responsible for delivery, troubleshooting and support of moderately complex engagements for various clients by providing best practice expertise.
- Responsible for deploying software and hardware advancements on strategic customers.
- Identifies, troubleshoots, and escalates product issues experienced in preparation for, during, and after software and hardware advancements.

- Key contributor for vast Solutions Knowledge Base/Internal Wiki.
- Drives process improvements for software installations and migrations, as well as providing Engineering teams feedback on making the product work better for our customers and us.
- Provides service expertise and works cross-functionally with subject matter experts in other departments to transform the customer vision into a finished implementation.

- Stays current with releases by reading technical releases notes, document known issues and workarounds and communicates to appropriate internal department. Masters additional platform service offerings and related products as they are released.
- Perform other duties as required or directed
Experience:
- 3 years’ experience with Linux, MySQL
- 1 years’ experience with BASH shell scripting, ticketing systems like ServiceCloud, networking protocols SNMP, TCP, UDP, IP
- Experience with coding in languages such as PHP, Java, Javascript, C, C++
- Prior exposure working in a fast-paced environment preferred
