PHP Developer

PHP Developer (Laravel/Symfony/API) - Contract - Midlands £350 per duy

One of Talent Internationals leading clients is urgently recruiting for an experienced PHP Developer to join the existing team immediately for an initial 3 months contract.

To be considered for this role you will need to have a proven background in, and deep architectural understanding of full-stack development to include:

• PHP 7+ development using Composer
• Laravel, Symfony or Zend frameworks
• Service-oriented architectures
• API design and construction using REST principles
• Standard front-end technologies such as JavaScript and CSS, including appropriate libraries, frameworks and asset pipelines using SASS, ES6, NPM and Gulp
• Version control using Git (or Mercurial)
• Knowledge of SQL and database interaction via an ORM, e.g. Doctrine
• Strong knowledge of Docker containers
• Strong knowledge of container orchestration platforms
• Familiarity with the Linux CLI
• Experience of leading others through complex problem solving challenges
• Experience of real-world Agile development
• Experience with teams delivering software every day to high-scale, always-on, production environments
