Pega Lead System Architect (Remote)

Location: Mix of Basking Ridge, NJ, Dallas, TX and Alpharetta, GA as well as remote work.

We are looking for suitable Lead System Architects (LSA) with expertise in Pega who can play client facing lead roles to fully utilize OOTB features of Pega 7.x and deliver solutions meeting clients’ needs. Deep experience in integration of PEGA with other enterprise systems is essential. Experience with Pega Smart Claims Engine for Healthcare a big plus.

Suitablecandidates will understand both Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery models and understand the importance of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate clearly and confidently, and to work effectively both as a member of our flexible and dynamic delivery teams and also in a team lead role where they will mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities:

• Solution design and delivery of Pega platform based solutions
• Experience in Healthcare Insurance domain a must
• Participate in the Architecture sessions to provide inputs on system Architecture from Pega perspective
• Ensure compliance with Pega implementation guardrails
• Understand best practices around UI / UX capability delivery with Pega
• Mentor Pega Technical Resources
• Prepare Low Level Design and build the application
• Collaborate with client in solution architecting and design / development activities
• Clear & confident technical communication skills
• Works in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope and risk
• Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit)
