A large government organisation is looking for an online forms developer to assist their team.
Your new role Your primary role as an Online Forms Developer will be to create reliable, functional and customer friendly online forms to ensure the customers can quickly and easily get in touch to report issues, make requests, sign-up for services and update the organisation. You will ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything the organisation does, and that customer experience and feedback is taken into account to identify opportunities to improve the development and delivery of their online services.
What you'll need to succeed - To have experience of working with online forms packages - To have experience of working in a customer service environment - To have experience of using SOAP web services - To have an understanding of XML/XLST - To have an understanding of HTML, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS. - To have experience of digital best practice - To use and contribute towards a library of functions that can be re-used across forms
