Job Description:

Develop BI solutions based on techno functional requirements using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (v12c), Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (11.1.1.10.x – HR Analytics). Should be capable of translating requirements into a best fit within the application, and develops processes and documentation. Perform data analysis in ERP system (PeopleSoft) and understand data gaps as it translates into Business Intelligence deliverables. Develop data mapping and transformation rules during ETL process. Design, Develops and maintains standard design documents, test plans, test scripts, business process workflows, data requirements documents, and use cases. Implements complex enterprise system configurations and end to end design and development. Develop test scripts to ensure the solution meets the business case scenarios through system and user acceptance testing supports. Review and provides feedback on system and functional design documents, test plans and scenarios. Should be capable of delivering with in the time frame and manage multiple, dynamic priorities. Should be able to apply HCM knowledge and industry best practices in developing the to-be business processes, procedures and technical solutions. Should be able to work independently.

Required Qualifications:

• US Citizen with Active Secret Clearance
• 5+ years' experience with Oracle OBIEE products with at least a minimum of 3+ years of technical experience developing and implementing Oracle OBIEE v11x, 12c
• Extensive knowledge of application modeling principles, concepts and techniques using OBIEE (RPD Modeling)
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Applications. HR Analytics experience preferred. Oracle Data Integrator (ODI ELT) 11g experience preferred.
• 5+ years defining and delivering Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence capabilities
• 5+ years using several different data warehousing methodologies
• Should be good team player and be able to manage dynamic working environment that supports a government agencies
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.x, 9.2 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL and PL/SQL programming.
