Netsuite Administrator (Remote)

Netsuite Implementation Consultant / Netsuite Administrator. Immediate start.

Remote, flexible location (UK).

Brady is the largest European-headquartered provider of trading and risk management software to the global commodity and energy markets. We were recently acquired by Hanover Investors Management, a private equity firm, and are undergoing a period of exciting change to lay the foundations in preparation for future growth. As part of our change programme, we are aligning our financial systems with the implementation of Netsuite.

As part of this implementation, we are seeking someone with a financial accounting background with experience in Netsuite implementations (or similar financial systems) to perform the "Customer Netsuite Administrator" role. This is a full-time contract position (we are open to work on either a fixed-term or day-rate basis) for a period of 4-5 months. You can work fully remote (UK-based) although there may be some post go-live onsite training required in our Edinburgh office.

Key Accountabilities:

• Data migration lead – co-ordinate the Brady team but also perform some of the data cleansing and migration tasks
• Be the process owner for Record to Report and Design to Build
• Co-ordinate and undertake the application testing
• Attend internal and external steering committee meetings
• Manage migration from FocalPoint and Access Dimensions to Netsuite

Key Experience:

• Must have:
  • Netsuite implementation experience (in particular data migration)
  • Proven record of managing and influencing indirect reports to deliver the finance project
  • Technical (financial) accounting background (consolidations, reporting)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and controls (Order to cash, Purchase to pay)
• Desirable:
  • Access Dimensions and Focalpoint experience
  • Integration of Salesforce and JIRA into Netsuite
  • Experience working at a software company or professional services firm
  
  

Education:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
