.NET/C# Developer
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Remote Until Covid)

Job Description:
As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for building .Net core applications in C# and SQL. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these layers of our applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.
Looking for an expert in writing LINQ queries in C# against a SQL database, and understands the nuances of doing so using EF Core 3+. Candidate should be well versed in creating and implementing ASP.Net Core Web API endpoints. These tasks are the primary day-to-day tasks that need to be done in this role.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Integrate data storage solutions
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- API Side
- Working with the consumers of the API to shape the contract
- Building out to specifications

Role Requirements:
- ASP .Net Core API experience
- Proficient in C#
- Experience in reading and writing custom file-based schemas
- JSON
- Experience developing Windows Services
- Experience developing APIs for mobile/tablet clients
- SQL replication/data sync experience
- Experience with AWS
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
- Skill for writing reusable libraries
- Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
- Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
- Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
- Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Experience using Git for source control
- High level in at least one of the following:
- Entity Framework Core
- Web API
- .NET Core
- Bonus if you have
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
