Here at Hays Technology, we are recruiting for a team of 6 Developers to work working remote on a 3-month contract between £250 - £300 pd (outside IR35). What you will be working on: You will be working on an enhanced Learning project, in an agile software development team delivering functionality and enhancements to the client’s platforms.
Take responsibility for the code base of applications, setting standards and expectations of developers to ensure high quality and adherence to associated standards and helping them to meet them through code reviews and learning opportunities.
Develop appropriate strategies or policies to support the use of emerging technologies and systems.
Help manage front- and back-end web resources ensuring high quality and adherence to associated standards and compliance.
As a Developer, you will have some experience using/working with:
Microsoft web development technologies including C# .NET/.NET Core, MVC
Microsoft SQL Server database technologies, SQL queries and database development
Front end technologies HTML, CSS, SCSS/SASS, JavaScript, TypeScript
Knowledge of recognised software development approaches including SOLID, TDD, BDD
Cloud-based CI/CD integrated DevOps processes
Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React/Angular/Vue
Experience in Public Sector or Government Organisation preferred
