REMOTE WORKING 6 MONTH CONTRACT - £170 - £190 PER DAY
The post holder will form an integral part of the Legacy Website Support team whose responsibility will be to audit and reduce the number of websites that make up the entire web estate. The post holder will evaluate websites, make recommendations against a set of predefined outcomes and carry out the necessary activities in order to successfully deliver the objectives defined below.
The post holder will be responsible decommissioning, securing and supporting as many of the sites as possible in the short term. It is also essential that the post holder is able to provide adequate support to those sites that are to be retained and subsequently migrated into a centrally managed platform.
The client has identified an extensive range of systems and architecture associated with our digital estate, so it is essential that the post holder has a similarly broad range of skills and experience.
Post audit the outcomes for each site will be one of the following: Decommission, Migrate, Secure, Support Deliverables for this individual and the Legacy Website Support team will be:
A critical requirement of this post holder is the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. One of the main challenges associated with this role will be influencing stakeholders and advising clients about their technology and web application strategy.
Skills: Asp .net, SQL database management
Experience: DNN, Umbraco, Site migrations, Back up protocols, IIS 7 - 10
Desirable: Automation technologies, Git, Other .Net Based CMS, Azure cloud, Net security
