MS Dynamics CRM Business Analyst - 6 Month Contract - £450- 500pd - Public Sector

Our leading Public Sector client is looking for a MS Dynamics CRM Business Analyst to come on board on a long term project to complete a number of deliverables to move their project forward.

Objectives:

• Establish the process for measuring Business Case benefits and impacts against the employer CRM system and business processes.
• Determine the plan for delivering Business Cases through to approval.
• Business Case preparation and benefits realisation planning
• Analyse employer CRM business processes, map flow/outcomes with Stakeholders and remove bottlenecks
• Gather and analyse requirements, specify updated functionality, customer changes and transformation programme changes into the employer CRM
• Stakeholder management and change management in a CRM environment
• Identify and accommodate requirements from the Customer Support Consolidation Project and the Transformation Programme
