MS DYNAMICS DEVELOPER & ADMINISTRATOR

To provide technical leadership across the Dynamics 365 platform

Responsibilities
  • Support the users in the day to day usage of Dynamics 365
  • Take technical leadership of the Dynamics 365 platform and work with the Product Owner to deliver required capabilities.
  • Review software upgrades and patching and complete deployment testing
  • Install applications and configure environments for use in development, testing and production
  • Manage the change control management process of future changes, releases, updates and enhancements of the MS Dynamics CRM system
  • Collaborate with developers, integrators, and business partners for system enhancements/upgrades
  • Play a key role as a Microsoft Dynamics technical expert and system administrator.
  • Assist the Product Owner to plan and prioritise feature backlog and development for the product
  • Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
  • Work with others during Major Incidents to ensure that IT services are maintained and usable

Previous experience
  • Track record managing and doing small change of Dynamics CRM/365
  • Experience on large projects and/or large consultations
  • Experience working with large CRM databases

Skills
  • Ability to configure and customise Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Create/amend business process flows, actions and work-flows, new entities
  • Knowledge of security roles, business units, teams and adding users
  • Ability to gather requirements and build the processes into CRM
  • Understanding CRM Marketing campaigns
  • CRM reporting capabilities
  • Knowledge of CRM Data management
  • CRM Queue management
