Mobile/Web App Back-end Developer (PART-TIME/INTERN) (Remote)

Extensive Business Solutions Corp. is looking for creative individuals with programming skills and experience in Android, iOS, React Native, and Java app development. We are looking for individuals with great teamwork, but also has no problems with working independently. Those with understandings of requirements gathering, system specifications, and agile software development are desired.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test and publish applications for the Android platform
• Deliver well-performing, high-quality, responsive Android applications to our customers
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary, agile team to design, implement, and deploy new features
• Effectively work with support and engineering to troubleshoot, isolate, identify and fix app issues
• Maintain robust, well-documented, organized, readable code

Basic Requirements:

• Critical-thinking skills
• Creativity
• Authorized to work in the U.S (EAD/CPT/OPT)
• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent skills
• 1+ years of experience in Android/IOS application development
• Proficient with Java, Kotlin, Android Studio, Swift, C
• Working knowledge of web architecture and protocols (REST APIs, WebSockets, HTTP, JSON etc.)
• Solid understanding of Android SDK, including designing across multiple Android versions, devices and screens sizes
• Familiarity with push notifications and back-end APIs
• Experience with Git or equivalent software configuration management tools
• Familiarity with continuous integration, automated unit testing, and integration testing
• Knowledge of the emerging technologies and latest trends in the mobile environment
• Understanding of general UI/UX design principles and best practices
• Experience across the full mobile app development life cycle, including the Google Play deployment and release process
• Proven success with working in agile environments and across various process paradigms

Salary: $15.00 to $30.00 /hour
