React Native Developer
Do you want to work with a team of software craftsman creating mobile experiences that General Motors customers love? Would you like to have an impact shipping your code to millions of customers around the globe who drive Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, Opel and Vauxhall vehicles?
To address new technical initiatives, GM is ramping up their Mobile team by hiring multiple React Native developers on a contract to hire basis. These are full time remote work opportunities, will not require being onsite post Covid.
What you will do:
In this highly collaborative, cross-functional, and Agile environment, you will…
· Build industry leading apps for connected vehicles on a global scale
· Report status of assigned software development and/or maintenance tasks
· Commit to completing well-defined work and deliver on those commitments
What will make you successful:
· Demonstrated experience as a software developer on production Mobile projects
· Experience developing cross-platform apps using React Native
· Experience with Agile development methodologies including XP methods such as Test-Driven Development and pair programming
