ABOUT US:
Braintrust (usebraintrust.com) is a user-controlled talent network, where you keep 100% of what you earn and actually get to own the platform. We've been onboarding some big clients and specifically need an experienced and well-rounded designer for this client.
The Opportunity:
Join our client's quest to make healthcare work the way it should. Our health is incredibly precious, and people in need of health care are often at their most fragile. Yet the function and experience of healthcare continues to fall far behind the innovative services we receive in other more frivolous parts of our lives. We’re looking for designers who can dive into complex design challenges and create solutions to help transform the healthcare industry and the way patients and doctors interact digitally. If you’re a talented, innovative, and strategic designer, motivated to make a difference in healthcare, then we want to talk to you.
Position Summary:
We’re looking for a senior UX designer to help us build mobile-first, accessible digital experiences for remote patient and doctor consultations. You will help revolutionize the telehealth platform and help us evolve our design language specifically for modern consumer experiences. You will work to understand the incredible complexity of the healthcare world, but simplify it for a diverse audience. In this role, you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary agile R&D team to define, design and test product and digital service features with the goal of creating valuable and delightful experiences for our users. You will use your skills across the spectrum of UX work, from user research to visual and interaction design, and especially focus on innovation in the Native application space.

30% - Design strategy and planning
Plan and execute exploratory research and experiments including conceptual prototypes to inform product strategy
Contribute to the creation of journey maps, and vision documents to influence product backlog prioritization and planning activities
Manage the backlog and prioritization of your design work to keep the team moving
Assist in the definition and creation of success criteria and metrics
