Mobile apps Performance Tester (Remote)

Title for this position: Performance Testing Senior Analyst

Candidate will conduct performance testing on newly developed mobile applications
4-5 Years of Relevant Experience in Mobile application Performance Testing is required.

• Minimum of 4-5 Years of Relevant Experience in Mobile application Performance Testing.NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Performance Testing Senior Analyst
• Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Work Load Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup.
• Expertise in Performance Testing tools using Load Runner.
• Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance and other non-functional tests.Monitor application logs to determine system behaviour. Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and necessary follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments.
• Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection and DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications.
• Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis.
• Publish results and receive appropriate signoff. Prepare detail status reports, and monitoring of all defects and issues.
• Identifying memory leakage, connection issues & Bottleneck problem in the application.
• Strong problem solving skills and very good time management skills
• Strong experience on Performance testing on various OS
• Ensure that the QA project resources develop supporting performance test cases and documentation
• Work with all stake holders to ensure that the quality metrics is Defined, tracked, reviewed, closed and agreed upon.
• Define and incorporate into the testing strategy all the various kinds of testing like performance, load, stress, acceptance testing etc. are getting covered and determine test tooling
• Ensure the team is focusing on automation
• Identify and resolve root cause that contributes to increased defects/re-work
• Ability to develop a test strategy and plan that encompasses multiple solution work streams with a given project. Ensure test documentation / reporting is complete, meaningful and aligns with project objectives and timelines.
• Effectively communicate with senior manager / director / executive levels about the program / project level risks / issues / escalations.
• Ability to execute test cases as needed
• Ability to work flexible hours – occasionally on weekends too.
• Identification and implementation of continuous improvement in process and standards for the entire team.
• Tools Knowledge:
• JIRA / Quality Center / Confluence/Load Runner
• Proficiency with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)

Experience:

• 8 plus years as Test/QA lead developing test strategy, plans, test tooling and defect management
• Experience in Healthcare domain is preferred
• Experience with Pega platform is a plus
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments, and create deliverables with some direction.
