Spring are currently recruiting for a Microsoft Solutions Assessment Consultant to undertake a 12 month fixed term position. The role is working for a Microsoft Gold Partner serving hundreds of customers globally specialising in the delivery of business solutions through Solution Assessment, Software Asset Management (SAM), Azure and Microsoft 365 (Cloud), Modern App Development and Business Intelligence, Staffing, and Marketing.
Applicants must be fluent (preferably native) French speakers, as well as fluent in English. The role is fully remote on a 12 month rolling fixed term basis.
This specific role will be supporting the Microsoft Solution Assessment team in France (working from the UK).
A successful candidate will have: *Experience working in the Microsoft ecosystem, with a solid understanding of Microsoft's Cloud business model and customer engagement strategies and a background in solution/technical sales or consulting. oPrior experience in the Solution Assessment/Cloud Economics program very strongly preferred. oFamiliarity with, and experience positioning the value of, the key 1st and 3rd party tools used in these programs will be a significant differentiator for candidates. *Familiarity with Microsoft's cloud offerings (particularly Azure, Microsoft 365) from a sales perspective *Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and English-language fluency (both written and verbal) *Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles *Self-direction and a focus on quality, with the ability to apply independent judgement to accomplish objectives
Additional desirable experience that will add value to the role and team include: *Prior experience working in the French market, particular as a part of the Microsoft ecosystem *Project Management experience
