Unified Communications (UCaaS, Contact Center (CCaas) and Communications Platform (CPaaS) are exciting growth areas within the IT industry, combining multiple technologies across many different platforms and solutions, within channels such as; voice, chat, social media, IoT, AI, Big Data and a host of other elements. SOFTEL is a multi-vendor Service Integrator, opening the door from Microsoft core development skills across Cisco, Genesys, NICE inContact (among many others) and many of the third-party technology vendors who support contact centers and unified communications.
A successful candidate will bring with them the capability to deliver a series of training sessions to two system administrators on Office 365 to a customer based in Maryland. The training will be delivered remotely through a series of sessions scheduled on contiguous days by a live trainer. The program must include a final knowledge test and lab sessions.
This is a position that requires an individual who has ample experience in delivering quality training to trainers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are demanded as well as the ability to exhibit a high level of comfort and professionalism while interfacing directly with technical and non-technical customers.
