Frontend Developer - Angular/JavaScript
I am currently working with one of the world's largest asset management firms, having made their name in the USA, they are now growing their UK function and have grown extensively over the past 2 years. Being one of the worlds largest investment businesses they are internationally based with multiple offices around the globe.
The role:
- Work as part of cross functional, passionate agile (SCRUM/Kanban) project team ensuring high quality delivery is at the heart of the development process
- Be an advocate of automation, test driven development, continuous integration and continuous delivery
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of design and code quality at all times, including but not limited to adherence to architectural, security and scalability standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years' experience in front-end web development
- 2+ years' experience with Angular V2+, and ideally experience with Angular 6-8
- Experience using Angular Universal for server-side rendering
- Strong working knowledge of Typescript, JavaScript, JQuery, ECMA Script ES6/7
- Working knowledge of web security standards (OWASP top 10) and web accessibility (W3C)
- Experience with Node.Js and Express.Js
- Strong expertise with HTML5, CSS3, LESS/SASS, writing adaptive/responsive websites
6-month contract, PAYE.
