The focus of this work is to build and enhance software systems that service the operations of the laboratory. Agile delivery will be used. Work will be managed with JIRA and weekly hours will be tracked in an Excel spreadsheet. Code is to be checked in daily repository. All systems will be subject to review and correction by staff software engineers as well as acceptance by the users of the system(s).
Required Skills/Qualifications
The staff resource must possess the following skills/qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of 5 years' experience with Maximo 7.6.x system administration
A minimum of 5 years' experience with Maximo automation scripting and Python 2.7
Experience with Application Designer, Workflow Designer, and Migration Manager
Experience with Maximo performance tuning
Experience writing SQL queries against the Maximo data model
Experience in the development of complex software systems using industry best practices
Exceptional communicator with both technical and nontechnical audiences
Demonstrated ability to think strategically to deliver innovative solutions
Deliver results with highest level of professionalism and integrity
