Manual Tester

A large broadcasting company is looking for a Junior Manual Tester to come on board for an initial 6 month contract to work on their brand new VoD & Linear Video Streaming platform. This is an exciting opportunity to set new standards for media distribution across web, mobile and TV apps.

The opportunity is based in West London, with a relaxed office feel that values you work over formalities. This manual tester role is offering up to £400 a day for the perfect manual tester to come on board.

• Manual test experiencefor web and mobile apps testing
• Proficient in JIRA/ other bug management tools.
• Proficient in TestRail / other test management tools.
• Experience in running regression and smoke tests.
• Ability to coordinate with thirdparty vendors.
• Hands on cross browser/OS test experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill.

Preferred but not essential:

• Experience of API testingusing SOAP UI, POSTMAN etc
• Understanding of Advert ingestion.
• Experience with connected devices specific testing.
• Experience of using Proxy tools - Charles, Wireshark etc.
• Understanding of VOD and OTT technologies.
