A large broadcasting company is looking for a Junior Manual Tester to come on board for an initial 6 month contract to work on their brand new VoD & Linear Video Streaming platform. This is an exciting opportunity to set new standards for media distribution across web, mobile and TV apps.
The opportunity is based in West London, with a relaxed office feel that values you work over formalities. This manual tester role is offering up to £400 a day for the perfect manual tester to come on board.
Sound like something you'd be interested in? You'll need these essential skills:
Manual test experience for web and mobile apps testing
Proficient in JIRA / other bug management tools.
Proficient in TestRail / other test management tools.
Experience in running regression and smoke tests.
Ability to coordinate with third party vendors.
Hands on cross browser/OS test experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
Preferred but not essential:
Experience of API testing using SOAP UI, POSTMAN etc
Understanding of Advert ingestion.
Experience with connected devices specific testing.
Experience of using Proxy tools - Charles, Wireshark etc.
Understanding of VOD and OTT technologies.
