Management Consultant – change, transformation, end-to-end delivery, projects, programmes.

Contract day rate: £750 - £900 per day

Are you enjoying your career, but feel like you’re working for the wrong company? Are you still looking for a management consultancy firm that will support you, help you grow and give you the control back over your career? Maybe you’re fed up with the working environment and dealing with big ego’s working in a larger consultancy? Tired of having to sell, develop business and have sales targets?

Look no further…

I’m partnered with an award-winning business change and transformation consultancy, established just over a decade ago and have a first-class management consulting team of 25. They work with a variety of end clients across retail, financial services, payments, government, regulation and banking, with many of them being FTSE100 companies.

Due to further organic growth and working with some new clients, they are now looking to grow the company and hire three new consultants. (contract or perm) These roles are pure delivery, with zero expectation or emphasis on sales, product sales or business development. In fact, none of this is even part of this role!

If you think you could excel as a management consultant within a smaller consultancy, where you can take full ownership and accountability of a client, we’ll ask you to demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes;

  • Ideally around 7-10 years (outside of that may still be considered) management consulting experience, within established consulting firms.
  • Experience in delivery and advisory on the full end to end delivery of projects, programmes and workstreams across large business transformation portfolios.
  • Experience and exposure across change management, target operating models, divisional strategy, technology, business transformation, project recovery, senior stakeholder engagement and coaching.
  • Well-developed stakeholder management skills, having working with divisional leaders, heads of departments, directors and board.

The perfect candidate would be happy to work independently with an end client, injecting their own ideas to help them reach their business goals, someone that is experienced in recovering failing projects/programmes and have the scars to prove it.

Although most clients are London based, there are clients in the south, southeast and midlands. Therefore they try to accommodate locations of clients based on where employees reside. (where they can)

If you are interesting in applying, finding out more and interviewing for this role, then please apply and one of our consultants will be in touch if your skills and experience is relevant.
