Lenet is looking to add an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to our talented and supportive team. Candidates should have 3+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM overall, with hands-on experience designing and configuring Dynamics CRM in a customer-facing role.

The primary responsibilities of this position will be to work closely with customers and your Lenet project team to understand client business requirements, analyze business processes, perform fit gap analysis, create functional requirements and solution designs, perform functional testing, conduct key-user training, and supervise application build, test and deploy activities. You will also consult for our sales team on proposals and prepare and conduct solution demos for prospective customers.

Candidates should have excellent relationship and communication skills in order to direct important conversations and manage expectations with customers and colleagues in a variety of strategic business and technical roles, including clients at the executive level. The position will be based in North America and will work remotely with colleagues and customers around the world.

This is a functional role that will help the client define best practice business processes for their organization, help them automate those processes with standard Dynamics 365 CRM functionality and additional custom functionality where needed. Strong understanding of database structures is required Business skills are key for this job, as the job required business knowledge around all key areas of functionality in Dynamics 365 CRM.

Responsibilities

Manage small to medium size implementations, ample experience with agile implementation methodologies
Lead client meetings to gather business requirements and map the requirements to the solution capabilities
Perform gap analysis from requirements gathered to proposed solution
Drive and execute the design and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Write functional specification for all custom functions and integrations, enabling developers to write necessary custom code
Design and when needed, execute data conversion for all relevant data into Dynamics 365 CRM as per functional requirements
Manage and where needed, participate in all tasks relating to feature testing, solution testing, and user acceptance testing
Develop client specific training materials and lead end user training for clients in a one on one, online seminar and classroom style settings
Provide application support for clients
Obtain and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, as applicable
Exemplify professional, clear, timely communication in all interactions. Able to win the trust of the client and become their trusted advisor

Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required, preferable in Business or related field
Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience with software consulting and implementation, specifically around Dynamics 365 CRM required
Dynamics 365 CRM certification preferred (Configuration and Customization, Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, Professional Service Automation)
Demonstrated proficiency with designing and implementing integrations, solid understanding or integration requirements between CRM and ERP systems
Excellent client service skills, with ability to understand business requirements and translate those into system configuration
Demonstrated proficiency in business process design and documentation as they pertain to Dynamics 365 CRM. This includes Sales, Service, Field Service and Professional Service Automation.
Excellent documentation and business writing skills.
Proficient with Power BI and/or other reporting solutions relative to Dynamics 365 CRM.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
