52 Limited is a digital staffing agency with industry-leading focus on the creative + technology space. We exclusively place tech and creative talent in direct hire, contract-to-hire and contract roles with our clients in Portland, Seattle and San Francisco.

We are looking for a Lead UX Designer for a fully remote direct hire role with our web design and development agency client. Candidates can work remotely from anywhere in the continental U.S. You must have experience with user research, IA, developing wireframes, user flows and have a deep understanding of CMS platforms, preferably Wordpress.

In this role you will serve as a lead level designer working directly with clients and overseeing the work of more junior members of the team. Qualified candidates will be experts in planning and executing user research, designing user flows, and planning architecture alongside a team of visual designers and engineers. While we don’t expect candidates to be expert visual designers, we do expect Lead UX Designers to be very familiar with the visual design process and have the ability to help shape and guide visual design activities within a project context. Candidates should have experience working in an agency or similar environment and must be experienced in navigating the varied demands of clients, budgets, and timelines. If you’re ready to take ownership over the design of complex projects, we look forward to reviewing your application.

Demonstrated experience providing expert-level guidance on project workflow and design deliverables that achieve the best possible project outcomes given a set of budget, timeline, and client constraints.
