Lead Scala Developer - Inside IR35 - Fully Remote
Our client, a leading global consultancy, are currently looking to hire a Lead Scala Developer on a contract basis, to join the team fully remotely.
Job Spec:
Work as part of a client/mixed supplier agile scrum team as a software developer, to help the company develop, maintain, and support good quality digital microservices for UK taxpayers and businesses to use to interact with the company. Within the team, employ TDD and pair programming to develop quality code in Scala. Tools and Technologies, in addition to Scala and Play framework, include Git, Jenkins and JavaScript, alongside Selenium and Cucumber in the Automated Test space.
2 years relevant experience with Scala Development Language (Java acceptable) and Play framework
Experienced in Agile methodologies and collaborating as part of an Agile Team
Develop using TDD
