Lead IoT Developer (Remote)

We are seeking a Lead IoT Developer to design, develop & implement an end-to-end IoT based smart solution for one of our clients. This lead will work with the project team and other key resources to understand customer goals and requirements, understand the approach for executing the project, and implementing a successful solution.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, MIS or Engineering). An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
• 6 years of relevant IoT experience
• 6 years AWS IOT Core experience

• Good organization and prioritization skills.
• Excellent customer service and engagement.
• Expertise in IoT connected solutions including hardware, software, networking, and data management.
• Experience in user interface (UX/UI) design and implementation.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience developing web services and web applications.
• Experience with data acquisition, streaming, and storage.

• Expertise in internet and web development technologies such as Javascript, Java, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, PHP, and RESTful interfaces.
• Programming experience with C, C++, Java, app development or edge connectivity.
• Database architecture, database design, and platforms like SQL, MongoDB, RedShift
• Understanding of database concepts, data connectivity, data shapes, and SQL.
• Understanding of machine learning, data patterns, and predictive analytics.
• Experience with Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon AWS.
• Experience with IoT microprocessors, cameras, integration, connectivity, WiFi.
• Application development experience using Angular and or React
• JS, HTML

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: $52.00 - $55.00 per hour
