A highly sought-after Central Government client is looking for a Lead Interaction Designer / Service Designer to be part of the team for a 8 month fully remote contract. This is a great opportunity for an experienced UX/UI professional with GDS expertise and background in User Research to gain valuable experience and boost their future opportunities, especially with Public Sector Clients.

As a crucial part of the team, you will contribute to a more effective and reliable social care system. If your goal is to develop and be appreciated for your skillset while also gaining highly regarded experience, this role would be ideal for you.

Profile:

• Service user-led Design proficiency
• Experience connecting insights
• UX/UI expertise
• User research knowledge
• GDS methodologies knowledge, understanding and exp
• Exp with service design in Gov, Healthcare or Social Care (highly desirable)
• Knowledge of best practices in Service Design
