Lead Full Stack Engineer (Remote)

Scoutible is looking for an experienced full-stack engineer to join our growing team! In this role, you will work directly with our founders and serve in a senior capacity on our engineering team to lead the iteration of Scoutible's enterprise SaaS web platform. Our web platform enables customers to effortlessly utilize our game’s data and insights to make hiring decisions with unprecedented accuracy.

Experience:

• 6+ years of web/software development experience

• Worked in these languages and frameworks: Python, React, Redux, GCP

• Experience hiring and/or managing top engineers in the Bay Area and remotely

• You have great communication skills; you’re able to break down technical concepts to nontechnical audiences, both internally and externally

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the iteration of Scoutible's enterprise SaaS web platform, enabling customers to effortlessly utilize our game’s data and insights to make hiring decisions with unprecedented accuracy

• Helping validate the technical roadmap for Scoutible's products and apps, and working directly with our product and design leads to iterate Scoutible's enterprise product offerings.

• Working with our product and design teams to understand customer pain points, come up with solutions, and then prototype, iterate, and launch quickly.

• Hiring, developing and mentoring new engineers
