You will be joining a prominent Higher Education organisation with sites across East Anglia with a growing international footprint.

Your new role
This is a two year fixed-term contract role within the IT Services Team at this university. Due to the independent nature of the role there is flexibility for you to work remotely the majority of the time, visiting the sites in Cambridgeshire or Essex as required.

You will be responsible for the redevelopment and delivery of a data warehousing solution to house the organisation's student information. You will work closely with the Strategy and Planning Teams to understand their requirements and develop a data warehousing solution to meet these needs using MS SQL Server technologies.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be expected to work independently with limited management so it is essential that you are experienced in leading on design and development of a data warehouse.

You will have expansive SQL development experience with a good understanding of different data warehousing methodologies. You will need to be innovative and able to recommend and build the right data warehousing solution for the organisation's needs.
