Jr. JavaScript/Serverless Developer (Remote)

Pomeroy is currently seeking a Jr. JavaScript/Serverless Developer for a 2-3 month project to work remotely 2-3 days per week. The Developer would be supporting a local Ohio client, updating and supporting existing applications.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain web application using JavaScript and Serverless through modern frameworks
• Interact with APIs and AWS components
• Participate in Scrum standups, review, retrospectives, and planning
• Work with other developers to pair program and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with Product team to define requirements for new features

Qualifications:

• Experience in programming primarily around JavaScript, HTML & CSS
• Familiarity with AWS (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3 & more).
• Hands on experience on development frameworks like Angular.JS, Node.JS, React.JS
• Strong experience in object oriented design & development

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
