JavaScript Developer required for a 6 month initial contract fully remote working.
Essential skills and experience:
* A strong React.JS background, experience with Node.JS is a bonus.
* A strong understanding of React design patterns (and anti-patterns) and a passion for lean engineering.
* Experience managing offshore partners and onshore development teams.
* Strong influencing skills and an ability to take people on a journey to sell in an idea or point of view.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, the ability to clearly articulate a point of view to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
* An excellent understanding of progressive engineering approaches and proven experience working & leading strategy in such an environment. (including; lean, micro-services, internal open source principals)
* A desire to constantly innovate and improve both technology and people.
* Experience implementing and championing Agile working practices such as Scrum, Kanban and XP and CI/CD, TDD & BDD etc
