Java Software Engineer - OUTSIDE IR35 - Public Sector - SC Cleared or Clearable (Remote)

Our client, An innovation and transformation consultancy, are currently seeking a number of Java Developers to work on a contract basis. The contracts will be 3 months in duration and will allow for remote working due to the current climate (Until Approx. June/July 2021) however the successful candidate must be willing and able to travel to the customers site in South East London. 

Due to the nature of our clients work, the role requires the successful applicant to hold security clearance to SC Level or be will and able to undergo the Vetting process to achieve this.

The key technologies:

• Java 8 (or above) 
• REST API design
• JAX-RS (Java REST interface)
• JUnit, Wiremock and Mockito (a quick transition could be made from TestNG and other mocking frameworks such as JMockit or Easymock)

• BPM - Activiti
• Postgres DB and SQL
• Docker and Kubernates
• Maven
