Title : Sr Java Developer / Lead Location : Reston VA Duration : Long Term
Demonstrated experience leading a team of developers on engagements developing Enterprise Java web applications.
Proven experience designing software architectures and patterns for a team of developers to follow.
Expertise with implementing web application presentation tiers using Java Server Faces and mature component library frameworks.
Knowledge of web application design principles relevant to security, session management, concurrency protection, and performance.
Experience with Eclipse, Maven, and Subversion required.
This person will lead the charge and must be able to stand up any ideas/strategy
