This Long Beach client is seeking a Full stack Mid to Senior Level MEAN stack engineer for a fully remote, contract-to-hire role. This is a digital agency that has been around for over 3 years and have received awards and recognition from their clients for continuously delivering quality product.

The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced working with Full Stack Java technology including Angular2+, React, Redux, and Node with experience building scalable public- facing webpages. You will be working on a custom web application developed for their public-facing webpages ranging from small to enterprise clients. This is a great opportunity for growth as there are multiple new initiatives pending with their larger clients and hiring contractors that can work independently and remotely across several disciplines including full-stack Java and front end Angular.

• Experience with system performance application engineering and development using Shell Scripts, Perl, JSON/XML, RESTful web services (Jersey framework preferred), Java EE, Hadoop, Map Reduce, MongoDB, Cloud technologies, and Oracle involving high-volume data processing and loading in a distributed environment.
• Experience with RF network & software engineering experience including systems architecture/design and software and database engineering and development, Big Data analytics, and experience working in the wireless industry interfacing.
• Experience with Linux scripting using Perl, Bash, Python.
• Experience in creating REST services.in Java, .NET.
• Knowledge of Hadoop, MapReduce, MongoDB, Oracle, SQL and cloud technology.
• Demonstrated proficiency Angular2+, React.JS, or Redux
• Professional experience developing in Node.JS

• Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks
• Experience developing with Cloud computing services, Azure OR AWS
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Master’s degree in computer science or related technical fields

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year
